Discounts apply to pupils, apprentices, students, pensioners, civilian and military service personnel as well as young people between 14 and 17 years of age and people with disabilities. The so-called Teenscard is only valid in the Salzburg North Curve and Bullidikidz Curve. For little football fans, there is a special children's price for 6 to 13 year olds.

However, there is a small downside for fans who want to buy their tickets on site in paper form: there is a processing and service fee of 2 euros, which is not applicable for digital tickets.
