1,600 runners brave fresh snow: Infinite Trails 2025 in Gastein is enthusiastic!

Last Sunday the adidas TERREX INFINITE TRAILS 2025 took place in Gasteinertal, an event that attracted athletes from all over the world to Bad Hofgastein. Over 1,600 participants from 58 nations came to the start to give their best in the impressive Alpine landscape. Despite foggy weather conditions with fresh snow and wet conditions, which meant the start was postponed by an hour and the route had to be changed, the atmosphere was great. Finally the competition started promptly at seven o'clock.

The royal distance of 60 km and 5,200 meters in altitude offered an extraordinary challenge. Here Remigio Huamán Quispe from Peru (adidas TERREX) prevailed and crossed the finish line after 7 hours and 4 minutes. Hot on his heels was the Austrian athlete Sepp Jetzbacher, who took a great second place. Dioni Gorla from Germany, also from the adidas TERREX team, won the women's event.
