Lions flea market in Hermagor: Colorful family festival for a good cause!

Wulfeniaplatz, 9620 Hermagor, Österreich - On July 19, 2025, the Lions Club Hermagor invites you to his 46th flea market on the Wulfeniaplatz. A colorful program for the whole family will be offered from 8:00 a.m. Club President Herbert Kristler and club secretary Martin Tarmann are responsible for the organization, supported by numerous volunteers.

The flea market promises a dazzling range of classic flea market articles such as books, dishes, games and collectibles. The new “Redress” zone, which will present exclusive second-hand fashion, is particularly exciting. If you are looking for special bargains, you should not miss the opportunity.

As early as 10:00 a.m., the Gitschtaler Trachtenkapelle Weissbriach ensures musical entertainment at the morning pint. Another highlight is the auction of a hand-signed Game Worn jerseys from the ice hockey national player Bernd Wolf, which begins at 12:00 p.m.

The charitable ged thought is in the foreground that day. So donations are collected to support people in need in the region. For this purpose, there is a "big lucky port" and a traditional raffle, the main prizes of which are raffled off at 2:00 p.m. A Wulfeniagutschein worth € 1,000.00 is also drawn among the typed participants.

Another sign of charity, the Lions Club sets a stem cell registration campaign in cooperation with medical specialists. It is pointed out that three people in Austria develop leukemia every day and the chances of healing in Austria are up to 85 %, while in developing countries they are only 15–20 %. Everyone can make a contribution here and possibly become a lifesaver.

The physical well-being is also taken care of: the Alpen-Adria culinary presents both Italian and domestic specialties. Fire brigade, Alm and regional producers also invite you to visit the Hermagor farmers' market at the same time, which also offers exciting products from our great country.
