Liesing receives 100 new health centers by 2030 - this is how it will be implemented!

Liesing, Österreich - In Vienna-Liesing there are gratifying news for health care. In the course of measures to improve medical care, the focus is on the extraction of doctors with health insurance contracts. At the same time, election doctors and privately ordinations should also become an integral part of the health landscape. However, the settlement of specific disciplines depends crucially on the available positions of the doctors at the respective location. This is reported by the Kurier .

An innovative concept provides for the implementation of a primary care unit (PVE), which is operated by multi -professional teams. The crucial questions of who runs the ordinations and the PVE are left to the doctors. This development is supported by Hospitals GmbH, who advises interested parties without additional costs for the MIA health center. The planned ÖGK tender for a PVE in the region is scheduled for the summer of 2025 and underlines the commitment to high -quality medical care.

financing and funding

An essential incentive to develop the primary care units is created by an annual promotion of the city in the amount of 167,000 euros, provided that all legal requirements are met. This initiative is part of a more comprehensive goal of building at least 100 regional health centers by 2030. Eight health centers have already been opened, 24 are in the origin and four are planned. A total of 91 regional health centers in the pipeline are waiting to be put into operation.

The health insurance care is characterized by various providers who contribute to the stability of the system. The Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KV) organizes the outpatient medical and psychotherapeutic care for legally insured persons and negotiates the remuneration of contractual medical services with the state associations of health insurance companies. This structure is indispensable to ensure a nationwide medical care, but is also threatened by a decrease in the resident of the assisted health insurance care, which leads to overloading public hospitals. At the federal level, the KVen work closely with the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV) to support the doctors accordingly.

outpatient health care in detail

Outpatient medical care in Austria takes place via several rails. The largest proportion is made by resident general practitioners: inside, specialist: inside and dental: covered inside. In the extramural area, ambulators of the health insurance companies and privately managed independent outpatient outpatients are also important. In addition, the hospital legacies in the hospitals represent an integral part of the intramural area.

A healthy population who has access to high -quality medical care is a central concern of the Vienna city government. The future of the Mia in Liesing looks promising: a building is planned that is certified for sustainable building according to the international Leed standard. With greened outdoor facades and urban garden areas, not only high literacy in the healthcare system is to be achieved, but also an attractive environment for future doctors.
