Electricity prices fall! This is how you secure your savings by 2026!
Energy prices in Austria show movement again: From October 2025, many households can look forward to falling electricity tariffs. The two large providers of Energie Styria and Energie Graz have announced that they will reduce prices. This decision affects a total of over 330,000 private customers who now have to be active in order to benefit from the new tariffs. The deadline for approval runs until September 12, 2025. These price reductions fall into a phase in which electricity prices in Q2 2025 were an average of 15.5 cents per kilowatt hour.
