Appropriate 70 farmers are currently participating in the successful project, with about two thirds of summer barley and a third winter barley being grown. The annual harvest will be recognized again this year with a solemn brewing barley festival, which recently also took place at the Weinberger family in Thann/Weißkirchen. Not only the farmers came together here to celebrate the fruits of their work, but also various important personalities, including the farmers' association director Franz Tonner, the mayor of Weißkirchen Markus Tafeit and LAbg.
