Deutschlandsberg, Österreich - The Schilcherweinut Friedrich in Langegg made an incredible year in 2023 and can look proud of numerous awards. As a family business, which specializes in the Blauer Wildbacher grape variety, the winery now offers 17 different wines. The attention is paid to the outstanding quality of the Schilcherwein, which is considered an embodiment of the Schilcherland tradition. The successes can be seen: The winery has won the title of the Ball wine winner at the Styrian Bauernbundball and won the Kiwanis tasting. In addition, there was two gold to celebrate in “Business & Wine” and an impressive 93 points for the Schilcher Ried Pirkhofberg at Falstaff Rosé Trophy. Also as part of the "Salon 2025" of Austria Wein Marketing GmbH, the Groß winery was able to show up by taking first place in the "area -typical wines" category.
