Large fire brigade exercise in glassworks: 55 emergency services in the test!

In Glashütten, a comprehensive section of the section 01 Deutschlandsberg took place on July 5, 2025, in which a total of 55 fire brigade members took part. The exercise was accompanied by several high-ranking representatives, including Abi Andreas Herk, Abi Ernst Grössbauer, Obr Josef Gaich and Mayor Karl-Heinz Schuster, who thanked all for the commitment of firefighters and their important work. The positive response to the exercises illustrates how important realistic scenarios are for preparing for an emergency. Since 2004, the focus has been on the practical training, in which the emergency services have to act and make decisions as in a real emergency.
