Digitization and sustainability: Hollu sets a new sign in Tyrol
Zirl, Österreich - Today, Hollu Systemhygiene GmbH was able to receive a special visit in Zirl. District chairwoman Lrin Cornelia Hagele came together with members of the Innsbruck-Land Economic Association and the young People's Party (JVP) to learn more about the company's innovative approaches. At this event, the focus was on digitization, sustainability and the creation of an attractive work environment in Tyrol.
Markus Wendlinger, Hollu's managing director of sales and service, presented the guests the corporate philosophy and the developments of the traditional company, which has specialized in holistic hygiene solutions "Made in Austria" for over 120 years. Hollu increasingly relies on his own research and development, local production and modern logistics. Haile underlined the importance of companies that take responsibility for their employees as well as for the region and the environment.
digital solutions for the future
A highlight of the event was the presentation of the digital process management solution NOA, which sets new standards in the field of hygiene drains. Simon Meinschad, Managing Director of Hollu, describes digitization as an opportunity to actively shape the future of hygiene. NOA serves as a digital assistant that enables the performance of building service providers to measure and make the fulfillment of the promise of performance visible. "NOA brings structure to processes and documents everything transparently," said Mejad and was pleased with the support that this solution offers for official controls.
Another plus point of NOA is the smart learning, which enables employees to have simple onboarding and constant further training. This innovative strength shows how Hollu not only sets hygiene standards, but also actively for the training and development of employees: contributes to the inside.
sustainability as a corporate principle
Not only digital change, but also sustainability is the focus of Hollu. Since 2018, the company has integrated the 17 sustainability goals of the United Nations into the corporate strategy and thus underlines its responsibility at an ecological, economic and social level. On the Hollu Campus, which has a natural recreation park and a photovoltaic system, sustainability is not only promised, but actively lived. Haile praised the campus as an example of the implementation of these goals.
The new production hall, which will open in spring 2025, was also visited. This hall is equipped with energy -efficient technology and smart production processes that meet both ecological standards and promote employee friendliness. In addition, Hollu emphasizes the need for efficient and resource -saving production processes in order to minimize ecological footprint and thus also to secure competitiveness. Automation and intelligent building control are the keys to a sustainable corporate strategy.
Overall, the visit by Cornelia Hagele near Hollu shows that the Economics Association Innsbruck-Land and companies like Hollu are actively working on the design of a sustainable and digitized future. As Mierschad aptly states: "Hygiene is a central component for health and well -being" - and that has to be kept in mind for the future.
