Six young Styrians conquer the stage in the young farmer calendar 2026!
Murtal, Österreich - In Styria it is high! The 26th edition of the popular young farmer calendar is currently being put together, and six young Styrians are in the spotlight. The editors, above all Franz Tonner, rely on the close cooperation with regional companies and partners from agriculture, such as [meinzirk.at] (https://www.meinbezirk.at/murtal/c-leute/sech-junge-steirer-werden-in-szene-ten-ten-ten-ten-ten-ten-ten-ten-zent-in----ten-zente-ten--tzente---tzente---tzente----tzente----tzente----ten-zente.
The highlight of the photo shoots produced took place in the Thermenresort Loipersdorf, where 24 young farmers posed for the calendar project. The special highlight: The calendar's title cover, which will be released in mid-October, is decided by an online vote. The talented photographers Christoph Krobath Roth and Katharina Jessner ensure that the models shine in the best light.

"We want to convey a positive picture of agriculture with this calendar," says project manager Philipp Knefz, who as a former Mister Austria knows exactly how to set the right accents. The calendar can already be ordered, and the preparations for the next issue are already in full swing. If you want to be a model for the young farmer calendar 2027, you still have time to apply until May 1, 2026. The prerequisites for this are, among other things, a close connection to agriculture, be it through parents or through their own activities in an agricultural company. Who knows, maybe we will see the stars of tomorrow on the calendar cover in the coming year!
A look into the future
The young farmer calendar has long since developed into an institution that not only shows chic pictures, but also makes diversity and everyday life in agriculture. In the last edition, 25 young farmers from all over Austria as well as Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg were already represented. These successes encourage young people to continue to tell inspiring stories that shape the country, such as Modernner-Brandwirt.de impressively summarized.
The young farmer calendar is not only pretty to look at, but also sets a sign: agriculture has many faces and tells stories that are worth heard. So let's be excited about the coming months and the publication of the calendar, which celebrates a piece of Styrian identity!
