Andreas Mattes brings a wealth of experience from over 20 years in leading positions in Silicon Valley. He studied business administration in Munich and hit an international career. His most remarkable stations include leading functions at Siemens and Hewlett-Packard in Palo Alto. As CEO of Diebold Inc., he was responsible for the takeover of Wincor Nixdorf AG and the subsequent merger of Diebold Nixdorf Inc.. Mattes was also a senior advisor at McKinsey and from 2020 to 2022 President and CEO of Coherent, Inc., where he led the successful sale to II-VI incorporated.
