Desselbrunn, Österreich - A tragic traffic accident occurred on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in Desselbrunn, in which an 83-year-old e-bike driver from the Gmunden district lost his life. The incident shaked the community and raises questions about the safety in road traffic again.
Around 2:30 p.m. the e-biker, who drove from Wankham towards Desselbrunnerstrasse, wanted to turn left. At that moment he collided with a 19-year-old driver from the district of Grieskirchen, who was traveling on the Deselbrunnerstraße towards Gmunden.
