New Guute managing director visits Eferding: insights and support!

The new managing director of the Guute Association Upper Austria, Gregor Baumgartner, recently made his way to Eferding and Hartkirchen. Accompanied by Christina Moser and Birgit Rauscher from Stadtmarketing Eferding and Hans Moser, the regional office manager of the Chamber of Commerce, he wanted to feel the pulse of the local economy and have an ear for the concerns and needs of the entrepreneurs: inside. In personal conversations with the Guute-Card companies-a valuable cooperation of regional companies-Baumgartner set the course for sustainable support and strengthening regional trade. As reported [tips.at] (https://www.tips.at/nachrichten/eferding/wirtschaft-politik/690025-Guute-schaftfsfehrer- zu-ferding-und-hard churches), the delegation at the companies Schuwidu, Doplbauer, Eve and the hairdressing salon ulli.

The visits were not just an opportunity for Baumgartner, the concerns of the entrepreneurs: to listen directly inside. They were also marked by the introduction of a new Guute card, which is now equipped with a modern design and a QR code to facilitate the connection to the GUUTE app. In the summer months, these tickets can be exchanged free of charge at the member companies or at the city marketing Eferding. The Guute Association thus shows that it has the local economy in focus and always wants to be one step ahead. This exchange between Guute and the factories underlines the importance of direct discussions in order to better assess the economic situation on site, according to the reporting of meinzirk.at.

guute: a strong network

25 years ago, Guute was founded to stop the drainage of purchase from the Urfahr-Umgebung district. According to the managing director Franz Tauber, this has been successful, because almost half of the consumption expenditure remains in the district. With over 400 member companies, Guute is now the largest regional entrepreneurial association of Austria at the district level. A turnover of 17.5 million euros was achieved by the customer loyalty program, which also includes a voucher system and secures around 250 jobs. "The guute is so close and good in the race," said the chairwoman of the regional Chamber of Commerce, Sabine Lindorfer, who described the district as one of the most dynamic in the country.

The direct exchange and the networking of the entrepreneurs: Inside, Guute's strategy play a central role. Entrepreneurs' tables, training courses and cooperation in the field of social media are some of the measures to help the members compete and to master organizational challenges. There is also an apprenticeship service that is supposed to help small businesses to remain competitive when recruiting apprentices. These initiatives not only support the existing economy, but also promote corporate growth in the region, such as [Nachrichten.at] (https://www.nachrichten.at/wirtschaft/das-guute-lieb-so-z-gut-im-rennen ;art15,3887717) emphasizes.

In summary, it can be said that the visit by Gregor Baumgartner in Eferding and Hartkirchen not only a sign of intensive communication between guute and the entrepreneur: inside, but also confirmation that joint action in a strong network makes regional strengths visible.
