New residential project in Simmering: 49 units instead of shards!

In Simmering there are exciting developments in housing construction! A new residential project is to be realized at Rinnböckstraße 20 and Simmeringer Hauptstraße 19, which offers a total of 49 residential units on a proud 1,827 square meters of living space. The old, strongly dilapidated building, which is currently there, is demolished to make room for these modern apartments. Déjà-vu? Yes, but this time there is a positive look into the future. Because what is currently still there are garbage, glass splinters and furnished furniture, not exactly inviting.

No serious concerns have been found so far, but the owner has already taken precautions: doors have been closed and glass splinters removed to ensure security.

With a width of just over 18 meters and a construction depth of 12 meters, comfortable habitats are created here.
