Pure enjoyment: Food Campus Arbogast invites you to feast and be amazed!

The Bildungshaus St. Arbogast will be the center of sustainable, regional nutrition next weekend, June 13 and 14, 2025. The "Food Campus Arbogast" is organized in cooperation with Vorarlberg Tourismus and Slow Food Vorarlberg and aims to raise awareness of good, clean and fair food. This event sets a strong sign for enjoyable and sustainable eating culture.

The program promises an abundance of exciting insights and tastings that make the heart of every gourmet beat faster. Around 30 lecturers are expected, including well -known personalities such as Tobias Schöpf from the grape in Klösterle and the patissière of the year, Raphaela Wirrer. There are also discussions about the importance of bread and wine every day at 4 p.m. on the agenda, with contributions by Martin Werlen, a Benedictine monk, and other experts.

insights into the taste laboratory

Visitors can take part in various workshops in the "taste laboratory", which focus on coffee, power broth and fermentation, among other things. Workshop manager like Andrea Trevisan and Ulli Marberger show how you can become a taste expert with your own four walls. Mains made possible by the slow food movement, which has occurred for regional, clean and fair diet since the 1980s, the importance and diversity of regional products such as craft beer, wild specialties and patisserie are also emphasized on site. There are over 20 products from Vorarlberg, the real enjoyment.

A highlight are daily organic walks that lead the participants through the picturesque environment of St. Arbogast and in which the connection between nature, agriculture and enjoyment can be experienced. This also creates questions about the origin and the manufacturing conditions of the food in a creative way and support a conscious diet that protects both the body and the environment.
