Bavarian young judoka conquer Dornbirn: medal frenzy on Lake Constance!

Dornbirn, Österreich - On the last weekend of the Pentecost holidays, a group of young judoka from Bavaria started an exciting adventure in Vorarlberg and on Lake Constance. This combination measure was aimed at children from the years 2010 to 2012 and offered a varied program that included both sporting challenges and leisure fun. The kick -off was a visit to the climbing garden in Austria, where the participants abseil, cope with a via ferrata and fly over the Bregenz Ache with the "Flying Fox". In wonderful weather, after these exciting activities there was a refreshing refreshing refreshment with watermelon before going to the hotel in Lindau on Lake Constance, where the group was housed.

lively coexistence and feeling of community are very important at such events. A team meal with pizza and cell phone-free conversations created a good atmosphere and promoted cohesion. For the next morning there was an extensive walk on Lake Constance to explore a possible breakfast. There the participants were spoiled with pretzels, croissants and apple spritzer. An additional general knowledge quiz to federal states and its capitals rounded off the entertaining morning.

Not only fun and games were on the program, but also serious competitions: the judoka took part in the renowned trade fair city tournament in Dornbirn. There, the conditions were ideal to measure themselves in weight -related groups with mostly five participants. Experience pedagogy in the outdoor area

Similar to this judo event, the facilities around the Teapark in Stuttgart and the Adventure Forest climbing forests also rely on experience pedagogy. Offers for groups to promote trust, social skills and team spirit are in focus here. Activities such as interactive games, schnitzel hunts and individual team training help to strengthen the cohesion in groups. The programs are often adapted to the needs of the participants, and professional trainers ensure security and a positive experience. Such individual team training is offered for school classes, companies or private groups, often combined with outdoor activities in the climbing forest.

It always shows: Sports and community experiences are not only key to the success story in youth promotion, but also make a significant contribution to personal development. As the judoka from Bavaria prove, it is not only great fun to train and fight together, but you also gain unforgettable experiences that strengthen the sense of community.
