Young talents on the ball: Football camp in Fürstenfeld inspires children!

At the beginning of July 2025, the city of Fürstenfeld turned into a paradise for young football enthusiasts. A total of 43 sports enthusiasts between the ages of 6 and 14 took part in Football Camp 2025 part, which took place from July 7th to 11th. The camp relied on a perfect mix of sports, play and team spirit and has set itself the goal of improving the football skills of the participants and at the same time promoting the shared experience in the group.

The list of trainers was particularly remarkable. Among them were the well-known coach Roman Stary and the world football champion Nicole Schmidhofer. Schmidhofer not only brought the children closer to the basics of football, but also conveyed valuable movement and coordination units that helped the little ones to further develop their skills. A highlight was certainly the training day in the Therme Bad Loipersdorf, where the young athletes could relax in the water and recharge their batteries.

The camp program and special features

The football camp took place daily from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and offered the children a varied daily design with a program that dribbles, scores and included numerous fun games. In addition, the participants were able to build new friendships and strengthen their team spirit. A welcome evening made it possible to get to know the trainers and camp colleagues, while the Beach Soccer unit caused special enthusiasm. At the end of the camp there was a final tournament with a award ceremony and an autograph session with football stars.
