Hallein enthusiastic: Robert Schad shows massive art in urban space!

Hallein, Österreich - In the idyllic Hallein, art has found a new home in public spaces. This summer, the city presents the impressive exhibition "Between Time" by the renowned sculptor Robert Schad in the Gallery Schloss Wiespach. This can still be viewed until September 6th and offers the visitor: an exciting insight into the world of contemporary sculpture inside. The city has also set up large -format works in Schads in the entire urban area that enrich the historic charm of the old town.

Robert Schad, born in Ravensburg in 1953, is a significant contemporary sculptor who works primarily with a massive square steel. Despite the high weight of its sculptures, which weigh between 800 kilos and 1.5 tons, they appear almost weightlessly and draw filigree lines made of iron in the room. Shad is able to redesign the perception of architecture and nature, as well as Sn.at. His works are by no means static, but actively enter the dialogue with their surroundings.

art accessible to everyone

The goal of this special initiative is to make art accessible outside of traditional exhibition rooms and to be experienced free of charge in everyday life. In Hallein, one of the oldest sculptures in Austria, this approach is now being implemented very practical. Vice Mayor Ingrid Zimmerling (SPÖ) underlines the cultural accents that the city sets with it. "The works of art meet people in their daily life and actively shape public space," says Zimmerling.

The large -format sculptures by Robert Schad are set up in Hallein at various locations, for example at the Nursing Platz, on the Pernal Island and in front of Wiespach Castle. Notary Claus Spruzina and his wife are responsible for the transport logistics of the impressive stone work, which was originally created in Larians, France, who are managed by Wiespach.

A look into the future

Not only the ongoing exhibition causes excitement in the city. There are already announcements that another sculptor will be exhibiting in Hallein next year. Hallein remains an active place where art and culture are alive and integrate into the everyday life of citizens: integrate inside. The past few years have shown that Hallein has a good hand for exciting exhibitions - the city is and remains a place where art is very popular.

art lovers and residents are invited to experience the next chapter in Halle's art history themselves and to be inspired by these huge and at the same time filigree works that enrich the city sustainably. With Robert Schad, it once again realizes that art in public space not only represents an aesthetic element, but also makes an important contribution to identification with the habitat. Visit the exhibition and the sculptures until September 6th to discover a piece of Hallein in its artistic diversity.
