Beach volleyball fun in Schleißheim: 40 teams celebrate in the sand!

On July 19, 2025, Schleißheim once again turned into a hotspot for beach volleyball. The Raiffeisen Beach Volley’25, organized by the Flying Flipflops, attracted a total of 40 passionate teams to the mixed and men's competition. The atmosphere was electrifying when the excavators fought for victory on the sand on the sand, and the audience was amazed at the exciting matches that were offered.

The award ceremony was the crowning glory of the day and seamlessly transferred to the side-out party, which continued happily until the early hours of the morning. The tournament not only attracted international talents, but has also become a festival for the whole region. The best performance in the mixed competition showed Elli Schwaighofer and Ahmed Akhlaq, who secured first place. Julia Madeegger and Thomas Höflmaier, followed by Rosa Forstner and Jonas Hangler, came in second place.
