Pramtal obstacle course: adventure for young and old in Andorf!

On Saturday, July 26, 2025, the sports arena in Andorf will become the setting of the ASVÖ pram.at.Race powered by Sparkasse Upper Austria. For the first time, athletes of all ages are invited to go on an exciting adventure. The event begins at 1 p.m. and is waiting for the participants with 17 challenging obstacles per round. Whether lone fighter or in the team of 3 to 8 people, each, each can face the challenge and test their personal fitness.

A special highlight will be the children's run, which starts at 9.30 a.m. Here, even the youngest have the opportunity to do sports and start with friends. If you want to prepare well, you have the chance to use the free training of the ATV Andorf, which is offered every Tuesday at 7.30 p.m. in the HTL Andorf gym.

information for participants

Registration for the event is possible from 15 years. Before the big day there is a division into starting blocks, which is communicated by email shortly before the event. The starting packages are issued both on the evening before, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on the day of the race itself, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Each package consists of a transponder for the timekeeping and a starting bag with useful content. Anyone who registers until July 13, 2025 will even receive a personalized finisher t-shirt with name or team name!

The participants will be well cared for on race day, with offers from hearty to vegan dishes, beer islands, as well as coffee and cake from 10 a.m. in the stadium. Everything is also well organized with regard to the infrastructure: free luggage delivery, changing rooms and showers are available, and there are numerous parking spaces.

why inspire obstacle runs

obstacle runs, also known as Obstacle Runs or Mud Runs, are increasingly popular, especially among young athletes. These consist of a mix of different obstacles, such as water trenches and high walls that can be both artificial and natural. There are around 40 such dirt runs in Austria every year, and the event in Andorf is part of the list of popular events, such as the Wildsau Dirt Run or the Fisherman’s Friend Strongmanrun, which are already history.

The annual events offer the right thing for everyone: from shorter distances to extreme challenges. There are already some exciting alternatives in planning for 2025, such as the Celtic Warrior. In this variety of events, the ASVÖ Pram.at.Race makes the difference by addressing both beginners and experienced athletes and creating a special atmosphere.
