Perg, Österreich - Union Baumgartenberg triumphed on Sunday evening in a nerve -wracking relegation game against the SPG Askö Perg/Union Windhaag. In a real crime thriller in Perg, the Baumgartenberger prevailed 4-2 in a penalty shootout and thus secured the relegation in the 1st grade northeast. Baumgartenberg pushed for the second goal, but could not take advantage of his chances. Shortly before the final whistle, Irman Duna for Perg/Windhaag scored the equalization and saved his team into the extension, where there were no more goals.

The decisive shot came from Michael Königshofer, who converted the final penalty to 4: 2 and thus secured the relegation for his team. Perg/Windhaag, on the other hand, will also have to play in the 2nd grade northeast next season.
