In an exciting district finale, the Jennersdorf elementary school impressively shone at the Sumsi-Cup, a popular mini football competition for elementary schools. The tournament took place on the sports facility in Mühlgraben on June 3, 2025 and the students were able to demonstrate their skills and team spirit.

The team of the elementary school consisted of seven motivated students who shone through outstanding achievements. They won four of their five games and were able to secure the title of the district champion. The results in detail are impressive: a superiority victory of 5: 0 against Mogersdorf, an equally clear 8-0 victory against Rudersdorf II, followed by a narrow 1-0 win against German-Kaltenbrunn and a dramatic 2: 1 in the cross game against rowing village I.
