A special highlight is the planned new building of the headquarters in Güssing, which is seen as a symbol of progress and cooperation. The planning is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, the start of construction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2027, while the reference is planned for the fourth quarter of 2028. challenges and opportunities

At the national level, the challenges due to economic uncertainty do not fail to materialize. According to reports, Austria could remain in recession in 2024 in a row. Nevertheless, there are first positive signs in consumption and residential construction. It is expected that the demand for living space financing will continue to attract after it has dropped by 70 percent in the past. This could help the Raiffeisenbank to boost its lending business, which is currently around 1.5 billion euros.

In Wels, for example, Raiffeisenbank recently reached a balance sheet of over two billion euros, a premiere in its history. This shows that other regional banks deal with similar challenges and opportunities and are willing to invest in the future.

All in all, the Raiffeisen Regionalbank Güssing-Jennersdorf shows itself on a strong growth course that not only strengthens its own company, but also benefits the region. With a clear view of the challenges and opportunities of the future, there should still be a lot of positive things about us.
