Feldkirch high school students crack the leaderboard at the state finals!
What is actually going on at the middle school in Wolfurt? On July 17, 2025, the state finals of the eventing competition took place there, in which the Feldkirch Rebberggasse grammar school took part with classes 1c and 2c. This event, which took place over 30 degrees in brooding heat, brought together the best classes in the country and ensured exciting competitions.
A total of 25 classes from Vorarlberg competed in the preliminary round, but only the eight best classes reached the final. The participation of class 1c was particularly remarkable because it was the only first class to compete in the final. This class not only showed great team spirit, but also a remarkable sporting fairness, which was particularly emphasized by the organizers.

The students: Inside the Feldkirch grammar school cut off well. Class 1c landed on the respectable 6th place, while the 2c took 8th place. Overall, the disciplines included a wide range of sporting challenges, including athletics, basketball, floor and device gymnastics as well as a demanding obstacle course. All of this asked the participant: both physical fitness and strategic thinking.
In the final, the students were able to convince with their services in the final: inside of grades 1c and 1b, the upcoming generation of our state. They achieved three and six places, which made them the best first class in the country. After this sporting event, the young talents proudly returned to Rebberggasse with trophies. Class 1d had occupied an eleventh in the preliminary decision, which shows that there was also valuable experiences for them.an exciting future
Even if the temperatures increased the efforts in the continuous run, the students could not be discouraged. It should be noted that sporting activities not only promote physical skills, but also strengthen cohesion and community within the classes. With its achievements in the eventing competition, the Feldkirch grammar school has again proven how important teamwork and healthy competition are.
