Alps Zenzero: Füssen's ginger syrup conquers the hearts of the connoisseurs!

In the picturesque Alps of Füssen, a very special syrup has found its way into the domestic and gastronomic hearts. The Alps Zenzero, an extraordinary ginger syrup, comes from the creative cuisine of Carina Haf and her father Jürgen Daske, who have been with a lot of passion on various recipes since 2014. In 2017, Haf and Daske moved to Füssen and created a small factory in the basement of their house, in which around 500 liters of syrup are now produced each week.
