On May 28, 2025, a fight that had a 21-year-old Syrian victim to a fight in Innsbruck. The incident occurred between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the bus stop at the Pauluskirche on Reichenauer Strasse. The young man was injured during the argument and his glasses were stolen. The incident in Innsbruck is not isolated. It was only on the following Saturday, at 00:45, was there again a fight in Wilhelm-Greil-Straße that seriously injured a 29-year-old man. He got into a verbal argument with a group of unknown perpetrators who quickly turned violence. The 29-year-old was beaten on the face and kicked on the head several times. A little later there was a further discussion at the main train station, in which a 37-year-old was also injured.
