On Saturday evening, a tragic incident occurred at Hechenbergl near Innsbruck when a 23-year-old German mountaineer was seriously injured in an accident. According to gmx.at, the misfortune happened at around 5:20 p.m. when the young woman climbed and on a rock sales about six meters above a hiking trail Festhing.

While she tried to find a safe hold, two other mountaineers, a 29-year-old Austrian and a 27-year-old Danish, put an emergency call to call help. Suddenly the 23-year-old lost the hold and fell. The 23-year-old was flown to the Innsbruck clinic after the successful rescue, where she is medical care. Fortunately, the other two mountaineers did not have any serious injuries. Nevertheless, the incident is an urgent example of the dangers that can always occur when mountaineering.
