Double success for HTL Voitsberg: Students shine at the engineering contest!

In an impressive competition, the students of HTL Voitsberg shone at this year's Young Austria Engineers Contest, which took place at the FH Campus in Vienna at the end of May. This event is an important technology competition for Austrian higher technical educational institutions (HTBLAS), which is about promoting the technical knowledge and creativity of the students. Jordan Akunor, a talented student of HTL Voitsberg, secured third place in the "Advanced" category with his innovative project "distribution gear". In addition, Christian Klinc won the special prize "Digitization@HTL" for his outstanding diploma thesis on the "digital twin of the fishing technology manufacturing system". The headmistress Alexandra Marchler and the committed team of teachers were proud of the achievements of their students and emphasized how important such competitions are for personal and professional development.

The Young Austrian Engineers Contest ( yaec ) is not only a platform for creative technical ideas, but also an excellent opportunity for students to present their projects in front of a specialist jury.
