St. Stefaner Grovers rock the victory in the music competition!

A musical star has risen in Styria! The formation "St. Stefaner Grovers" of the St. Stefan Music School in the Rosental has won the renowned music competition podium.jazz.pop.rock Groß and first place. Under the direction of the committed music teacher Richard Jantscher, the talented fifteen -year -old young musicians presented their skills. Her appearance in the Graz Orpheum was not only a musical festival, but also an impressive demonstration of her stage presence.

The band consists of a colorful mix that is made up of e-bass and vocals by Raphael Hödl, keyboards with Maja Kreiner, the drums of Matteo Schwarz, the electric guitar by Fabian Puchleitner and another electric guitarist, Elias Steinkleibl. Together they managed to convince the jury with their performance. Hits were played like "Blinding Lights" by The Weeknd and "Within" by Daft Punk, as well as the own composition "Ai, who on i?", Which certainly left a lasting impression.

The competition podium.jazz.pop.rock aims to promote children, adolescents and young adults and aim to promote community music music as well as to present their own compositions and self-interpretations in the genres jazz, pop and rock.
