Feldbacher Bürgergasse, 8330 Feldbach, Österreich - On July 13, 2025, the solemn groundbreaking ceremony for a new office building of Schwarz & Partner Steuerberatung GmbH in Bürgergasse took place in Feldbach. This project is celebrated as a urban planning show project that relies on sustainable planning and building. The choice of location is special, because the new building is built in a building gap behind the Sparkasse and is embedded between the Rainbow Feldbach and the notary of Michaela Künzel-Painsipp and Kurt Painsipp.

The new building will include around 1000 square meters of office user and two additional residential units and is to be completed by the end of 2026. The modern law firm concept, which has been active in Feldbach since 2002, requires a more generous space due to the grown client tribe, because the previous location in Altstadtgasse has now become too small. The new location offers the possibility of growth and will come up with the latest equipment.

Mayor Josef Ober described the construction project as a "brave step in moving times" and praised the close cooperation with the architect and the decision to include regional companies in the construction process.
