Tractor classic car rally celebrates 30 years: fun for all generations!

The tractor classic car rally of the St. Maryin-Feisstritz Comradeship Association celebrated a very special anniversary on Saturday: For 30 years, the event has been attracting participants from Kobenz, Seckau, Murau, Voitsberg and parts of Upper Austria. This year the focus was not on speed, but on cosiness and fun - and that was exactly what the event made up. Kleine Zeitung reports that the event was a real highlight for all those who are interested in classic cars and rural life.

The rally is a real meeting point for tractor lovers and the oldest vehicles that rolled over the route that day were over 60 years old. These classic cars were lovingly prepared to shine in full splendor. Hubert Hochfellner moderated the event and had a few friendly words for the many helpers who caused a smooth process in the background.

a day full of challenges and community

During the rally, the drivers had to pass various exams at several stations. One of the slopest challenges was blind fishing from a sack - a task that required both skill and a great degree of trust in the fellow campaigners. In addition to the tractors, some motorcycles, mopeds and cars also took part. Children were able to take part in their own rally with tractors, which also made the day exciting for young visitors.

The entire community has actively participated in the organization of this event. Whether registration, the test stations, grilling or in childcare - the village community has once again shown how important cohesion and teamwork are. Grete Polding took care of the team of the "confectioners", who took care of the physical well -being with delicious homemade cakes.

The crowning glory and outlook on the future

An emotional highlight was the traditional maypole cutting that sealed the event. The happy get -together and the memories of the past rally made the day unforgettable. In addition, it has already been announced that the next tractor rally will take place in two years, which made the visitors anticipate. My district emphasizes that such events also promote tradition, but also bring new swing and community spirit to the region.
