Daffodil run inspires with 624 participants and perfect conditions!

Altaussee, Österreich - The 42nd daffodil run, which took place in Altaussee, was very popular and an excellent atmosphere. A total of 624 participants took part in the event, which extended over two different routes: 8.1 kilometers and 15.5 kilometers. The weather was ideal for the athletes, which contributed to an exuberant mood. Numerous spectators were partially changeable and supported the runners.

The 8.1 kilometer route was particularly popular with the participants. Elizabeth Stangel secured victory in the women's ranking with a time of 32: 49.77 minutes. For the men, the first place went to Florian Gruber, who mastered the route in outstanding 28: 30.45 minutes. The 15.5-kilometer route saw Aleksandr Kuleshov as the winner of the men with a time of 55: 01.01 minutes and Julia Ecker, who won 1: 08: 57.43 hours in the women.

The daffodil run is not only a sporting event, but also a family and generation run. The participants ranged from little Bambinis to experienced competitive athletes. Everyone could find their place here and accept the sporting challenge.

As in previous years, the participants received a well -filled starting bag that rewarded the effort of the run. In addition, there was a raffle with attractive prices, including an overnight stay in the renowned Hotel Sacher in Vienna, which was very popular with the participants. The enthusiasm for the daffodil run is unbroken, which is not only evident in the high number of participants, but also in the family atmosphere and cohesion in the running community.

The daffodil run is an important part of the narcissus festival in the Ausseerland and attracts numerous running enthusiasts from all over the region year after year. As reports my district, the event offers an ideal platform for athletes of all ages and performance classes.

With routes that are suitable for both walkers and serious competitors, the daffodil run remains a highlight in the running calendar in Austria. Spectators and participants can look forward to future events where not only the sporty counts, but also focus on the cooperation and the fun of movement.
