The anticipation is great! On June 19th to 22nd, 2025, the city center of Leoben turns into a biker -friendly paradise, because the Iron Road for Children (irfc) is just around the corner. What once started as a small biker meeting with just 300 expected participants has developed into a mega event over the years that attracted the impressive number of 8,000 visitors last year.
The focus is on a particularly beautiful goal of the event: the proceeds from the IRFC flows to support sick children from Austria. This not only wrote fun, but also the sympathy of all participating bikers. This year, the focus is on five main donation children, which are supported by the Grand -hearted community during the event.

What makes the IRFC so unique? It is the noticeable feeling of community that connects the participants. "The event promotes humanity and the coming together of different people," said the organizers. Many “donation children” also regularly take part in the IRFC to experience appreciation and joy. A very special highlight in 2023 was the experience of a 79-year-old lady who could jet over the streets with a Harley-a lifelong dream that came true.
But not only big dreams come true: the IRFC also fulfills small wishes such as trips with motorcycles. Another touching example from the past is the student who gained a car from an elderly lady through the gift of a loose. Such stories show the true spirit of the event and the commitment of the organizers.

Entry to the IRFC is free, which makes the event accessible to many. In addition to the exciting motorcycles, there will also be a special pair position in the Galleria de Vespa in the Kunsthalle Leoben, which is organized by the organizers of the schwechater vespa . Vespafans can even register with their own models and become part of the exhibition.
The last days before the event are characterized by a certain excitement. But the positive response of the members and supporters gives everyone involved the motivation they need. "The feeling of doing something good and having a great time is indescribable," say the organizers and their supporters.
