Europe during the start: Pentecost dialog 2025 addresses security and prosperity!

Schloss Seggauberg, 8430 Leibnitz, Österreich - On June 6, 2025, the Pentecost dialogue "Geist & Present" took place at Seggauberg Castle in the picturesque southern Styria. Under the leading topic "Challenge.Europe", numerous experts from politics, science and society gathered to discuss central questions about the position of Europe in a changing, multipolar world order. State Councilor of Economics and Science Willibald Ehrenhöfer, Minister of European Local Claudia Plakolm, Ecoaustria director Monika Köppl-Turyna and theologian Matthias Beck formed the podium to discuss perspectives to secure prosperity and security in Europe. Special attention was paid to the keynote of the historian Christopher Clark, who dealt with the topic "The end of the public" on June 4th. In the final panel, the participants emphasized the importance of responsibility and cooperation of all actors for peace, freedom and democracy in Europe.
