Two Mürztaler Forestry celebrate master's certificates in Graz!

Bruck-Mürzzuschlag, Österreich - On May 28, 2025, the Styria yard in Graz was the scene of an impressive master's certificate ceremony, in which 47 new masters were honored in various agricultural training areas. Among the award -winning ones were two forests from the Mürztal: Elias Veit Andrieu and Alois Vasold, who received the title of the forestry champion. This ceremony was enriched by the presence of Agricultural Councilor Simone Schmiedtbauer, Chamber of Agriculture Andreas Steinegger and Chamber of Agriculture President Eduard Zentner, who presented the coveted master's certificates to the new masters. The award underlines the importance of master training in agriculture and forestry. In this round, 5 women and 42 men passed the demanding exams in the areas of forestry, horticulture, agriculture as well as viticulture and cellar economy. A total of 14 newly baked masters in forestry, 6 in horticulture, 18 in agriculture and 9 in viticulture & cellar economy received their awards. The entire training program included around 500 hours and was passed by the participants with great commitment.

In doing so, she emphasized how important it is that the new masters not only have practical knowledge, but also learn business thinking and acting in agriculture. The next generation is already in the starting blocks: In autumn 2025, the champions begin: interior training in Styria, which for many represents a way to more self -fulfillment and entrepreneurial freedom.
