Insolvency shock! Haidvogl Collection is fighting for survival in Zell am See

This day, May 30, 2025, the bankruptcy of Haidvogl Collection GmbH employs the minds in Zell am See. The Alpine Officer Association (AKV) has opened a renovation process without self -administration for the company, which has been faced with ever higher debt loads in recent years. The company's headquarters is located at Karl-Flieher-Straße 1–3, and the company runs the "Haidvogl Mavida" hotel. The managing director and the sole partner is Peter Haidvogl, who founded the company in 2012.

The company's financial situation is a worrying. According to the first estimates, the liabilities amount to around 4.6 million euros, while the assets are only estimated at 1.2 million euros. In total, this leads to an over -indebtedness of around 3.4 million euros. The causes of this setback are quickly named: high debts and the stress due to rising interest rates are increasing. Around 60 creditors are affected by the bankruptcy, which now hope for the announced renovation rate of 20 percent, which is to be paid within two years. Sn.at reports that the ongoing debt and lease obligations continue to be a major hurdle.

The way to renovate

In the coming weeks, the examination of the assets as part of the insolvency proceedings by the insolvency administrator Dr. Christian Schubeck, a lawyer from Salzburg. The aim of the procedure is the continuation of the company and the development of a renovation plan, which is intended to support the company's expulsion. The first creditors' meeting has already been scheduled and will take place on June 25th at 10 a.m. at the Salzburg Regional Court, where Horch and Tea are sought with the insolvency administrator.

The company has already granted a registration deadline until August 6, 2025, within which claims can be registered. On August 20, the examination day statute and the renovation plan day statute will also take place. The AKV has positioned itself as a important partner in this process in order to represent the legitimate interests of all those affected as best as possible. akv.at emphasizes that despite the precarious situation there is a goal of securing the jobs of 22 employees as soon as possible.
