The Austrian triathlon scene experiences a real upswing, especially among the young athletes. The Austrian Aquathlon championships in Walchsee (Tyrol) now took place, in which 17 talented athletes of TV Zell am See - section Triathlon took part. These successes are not only a sign of the skills of the athletes, but also proof of the great cohesion in the team, which took the 2nd place in the federal states team competition. Future of the children's triathlon in Austria
The children's triathlon has a permanent place in the sports calendar in Austria. Around 15 children's triathlons are organized every year, and there are also numerous Swim & Run competitions that are particularly popular in the cold season. The distances are adapted to the age of the participants, which enables children to compete adapted to their performance.
