On Saturday, a very special event took place in Frankenmarkt: the Goldhaubengruppe celebrated its 50th anniversary with an impressive district maia prayer. Over 300 festively dressed participants from 37 local groups of the Vöcklabruck district came together to celebrate this occasion. The event began with a solemn entry that was accompanied musically by the Frankenmarkt market music.

Head of the May devotion was Pastor Simon Mödlhammer. This atmosphere was additionally stimulated by the Rhythm Group Frankenmarkt, which offered visitors an unforgettable experience. The highlight of the celebration was a sacrifice, the proceeds of which benefited the mobile hospice aid Vöcklabruck. A total of 4,000 euros were collected on this occasion - a sign of solidarity and social engagement.

In addition, 66 new star singer dresses and suitable crowns, which were sewn from about 130 meters of fabric. The women put over 400 working hours in this project and the group would like to thank everyone who worked on it.

The long -term management of the Goldhaubengruppe is also loyal: Maria Hauser has been running the group's fortunes since 2021 after Erika Lahnsteiner led the club activities from 2010 to 2021. The group currently includes 33 gold and pearl hoods, two headscarf wearers and 16 hood girls, who all together have the tradition of the gold hoods.
