Experience dialect pop: Salina Pura delights Steyr with free admission!

A very special musical event is just around the corner: next Sunday evening Salina Pura will be transforming the Neutor terrace stage in the old town of Steyr into a place of the tonal relaxation. The talented singer-songwriter from Garsten presents a live concert that inspires pop and moving ballads with dialect. She is accompanied by the pianist Matthias Schubert, who perfectly accompanies the evening with his melodies. The best thing about it? Entry is free, which is a welcome opportunity for young and old to spend a nice evening. According to tips, the Neutor-Terrassen are a lot more than just a concert stage-the Insneutor team also offers a fine selection of wines, great gin tonics and homemade pastries.

Organizer Insneutor has been active since 2021 and has set itself the task of enriching the Steyr Cultural Landscape. On your social media channels on Facebook and Instagram (@insneutor) you will inform about future events and maybe even weather-related shifts.

But the music scene has not only its fans in Steyr. The focus on domestic dialect music is also taken up at the upcoming festival dialectist's in Graz. The aim of presenting contemporary music in the dialect and putting the artists of the local pop, folk and blues scene in the spotlight. The event is intended to promote a “pleasurable dealings with language and music” and increase the perception of dialect music.

While the Styrian music scene acts strongly underground, the organizers want to contribute to creating a wider public for these sounds with their Initiative. The festival offers an ideal forum to present the overall sound workers of the dialectists and to honor the cultural importance of dialect music. Tickets are available via the central map office and Oeticket, and the program with participating bands will soon be published.
