HTL Andorf surprises as a national champion in beach volleyball!

Marchtrenk, Österreich - The HTL Andorf secured the national championship title in the Quattro Mixed Beach Volleyball in a gripping final. On June 3, 2025, the tournament took place in Silicon Beach in Marchtrenk, where a total of 15 teams competed against each other. The enthusiasm for beach volleyball is growing steadily, and this special format, which requires mixed teams with four players, promotes cooperation between the sexes. Such tournaments are also becoming increasingly popular in Germany. The first German Quattro Beach Volleyball Championship will take place on August 24 and 25, 2024 in the sunbathing in Rußdorf in Limbach-Oberfrohna. Teams have the opportunity to qualify through the national championships, whereby a maximum of 24 teams can take part, such as volleyball association.

The event not only promises exciting matches, but also a beach party with laser show and various culinary offers. Tickets are offered for 10 euros, and there is an additional program for hobby athletes and children.
