In the Freistadt Clinic, the compatibility of work and family is very important. With a comprehensive holiday care program, the employees ensure that the small offspring are well cared for by employees. For example, a visit to the beef competence center is on the program, and the children can look forward to a children's flea market.

Special highlights are the journey of discovery through the forest and a visit to the fire brigade, in which the emergency doctor will even be on site with a child -friendly fire protection exercise. Absolute crown of the holiday program is a final magic show that will surely inspire many small amazement.

The company in the Freistadt Clinic is based on a proven model that was launched ten years ago in cooperation with the day -care units campaign. ooeg.tv calls it the company day mothers model, which turned out to be a real success story. Flexible childcare times from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. enable children aged a few months to 16 years and can even be explored at short notice if necessary. This gives employees the opportunity to calm down their work while their children are in good hands.

An important aspect for new employees is also the qualitative and loving care concept that is not only available during the holidays, but also on gusset days. This flexibility is highly valued by the employees and could be crucial for the choice of workplace or training position.
