Colorful sounds in the open air: De Strawanza starts open-air season!

The warm months bring momentum to the events in Freistadt. On Saturday, June 7th, the garden concert at the Hotel Freigold will open the open-air season. From 8.30 p.m. the band de Strawanza, a creative globetrotter ensemble, will appear in the beautiful garden of the hotel. de Strawanza brings a refreshing mix of chanson and gypsy swing to the stage. With vocals, barrel organ, saxophone, guitar, accordion and double bass, they transform well -known rhythms and melodies into creative works. The garden concert is not just an individual event, but the prelude to a whole series of open-air events. The following Saturday, June 14th, the Kurt Haider Trio will also perform at the Hotel Freigold and enchant the music lovers in the region. These garden concerts are part of the Local-Bühne Open Air program, which will also offer five Saturday street concerts in Salzgasse in front of the Freistadt cinema in the coming weeks.

Another highlight will be the event Sunnseitn on July 26th in the Freistädter brewery. There is also an open-air summer note on the program, which will take place at various locations such as the Braunberghütte, the Schlosspark in Kefermarkt and Salzgasse in Freistadt.
