Aspach, Österreich - The Repair Café Ried invites you to the lively repair campaign on Saturday, June 14th. In the cozy atmosphere of the café "Das Florian", visitors have the opportunity to repair defective objects under expert guidance and thus make a valuable contribution to the waste avoidance. And the best thing about it: participation in the Repair Café is free!

In the past four years, the Repair Café Ried has saved over 500 devices and favorite pieces - an impressive balance that shows how important the use of sustainability and circular economy is. "We want to repair broken things on site and prevent them from landing in the trash," explains the organization team. The concept of the Repair Cafés, as well as in the Repair Café, is based on voluntary support, where both professionals and hobby hobbyists share their knowledge and skills.

On June 14th, not only screwing and sewn. Expert cycling professionals are on site to get the best out of bicycles - everything is offered here from setting the brakes to patching tires. Visitors also receive valuable service tips. In addition to bicycles, electrical devices and children's toys are also checked and repaired. Service providers also give tips on regional repair companies, which is particularly interesting in combination with the climate monus.

In the sewing workshop, participants can learn how to sew up buttons or shorten pants-a spinner is happy to pass on her knowledge. The cafe "Das Florian" takes care of the physical well -being with delicious coffee and cake, while the foodcoop "Brot & Ruam" opens its doors to interested guests.

There is also a great program for the youngest visitors and their parents: the Kasperltheater is on the plan, where Kasperl and the Klimafee Lila maintain the children at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. A wonderful opportunity to bring the little ones closer to dealing with environmental awareness and repairs.
