In the small town of Bad Ischl, an interesting business has established itself that combines the passion for coffee and social Engagement. Since 2012, when the owner visited the world's largest coffee fair in Vienna, the search for the right beans and mixtures has been the heart of her company-a small roasting in an old Renaissance curve on the Pötschen Pass. Here coffee is not only seen as a drink, but as a luxury food, similar to noble wine. The goal: honest prices and the support of the coffee farmers in Brazil, Mexico and India through fair payment.
The roasting estimates the quality of its products and pays attention to the packaging: degradable packers made of rice paper with an aromave style ensure that the coffee stays fresh. On the back of the packaging you can also find helpful information on preparation. Cooperation with Pro Mente for attaching the labels shows that not only attention is paid to taste, but also for social aspects. This trade fair, which attracted around 21,381 visitors in 2023, offers a platform for exchange about developments in food and beverage production as well as gastronomy and hotel industry. The next Riga Food Messe is already planned for September 2025.
