Duck race 2025: Worldwide teams start in Bad Ischl!

Bad Ischl, Österreich - In Bad Ischl, something happens: The Ticket sales for the excited duck race will soon be imminent! Preparations are already underway today, on June 8, 2025. The race management of the Lions Club receives new registrations from all over the world every day. From far and wide, the Ententeams send photos of their training and preparations to the organizers. You can look forward to the big day!

It gets particularly exciting with the international teams. For example, the German team consists almost exclusively of members of the Club Entenhausen 05, which are currently received and equipped by high dignitaries in Berlin. Also the British ducks that compete under the name His Majesty’s Royal Ducks , as well as the French delegation of les Canards déchaînés from Paris, ensure international flair. With this colorful mix, it is no wonder that the anticipation increases immeasurably!

The coveted start numbers, i.e. the so -called ducklos, will be available in Bad Ischl from the end of next week. The sales outlets include the Salzkammergut Touristik , the tourist office in the drinking hall, as well as numerous Lions members and the Ischler weekly market on June 20 and 27. The Lions Club would like to thank the sponsors and hopes for lively interest from the population. The support could help to advance the organization's non -profit projects.
