Hegering Laa/Thaya triumphs at the district championship in shooting!

The past weekend was all about hunting shooting, because the district championship took place at the Mistelbach shooting club. Around 150 hunters started, including 160 participants in the individual ranking and 23 teams in the team classification. This makes the event one of the largest of its kind in the region, such as [meinzirk.at] (https://www.meinbeirbzirk.at/mistelbach/c-regionauten-community/die-schuetzen-vom-hegering-laathaya-sich-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den-den. The participants had to compete with various challenges, including the shooting of standing wildlife slices and movable throwing discs.

The shooting task was clear: two stalling wildlife slices at 100 meters away had to be hit with five ball shots each. A maximum of 100 points could be scored here. In addition, the participants had to fire 25 moving throwing discs, also called clay pigeons, and here too there were to get the full score of 100. The atmosphere was characterized by competition spirit and team cohesion, while the viewers were tensioned.

Another attractive prize was the invitation to the forest hunt in Mistelbach, which the young hunter Udo Leißer (Hegering Laa/Thaya) won.
