New ÖAMTC base in Melk: Future-oriented services and sustainability!

On June 6, 2025, the time had finally come: The ÖAMTC opened its new base in Melk, which replaces the location over 27 years old. Not far from the old ÖAMTC location at Hobelstraße 1, the new building with its approximately 1,000 square meters not only offers space, but also a future-oriented offer for the members. The entire support structure was made of wood, a rebuilding raw material, and the heating and cooling are carried out by a brine/water heat pump system. In addition, a photovoltaic system is installed that provides sufficient energy for up to 14 single -family houses.
