The focus: vernissage of fascinating photo art in Horn-Lehe!

In the Horn-Lehe district branch of Sparkasse Bremen, a very special exhibition will soon be opened. From June 4 to July 2, the photographer Christian-Hans Bültemeier, under the title "Animal in the focus", exhibits his impressive animal portraits. These works offer visitors a unique insight into the animal world, whereby Bültemeier focuses particularly on the forms of expression of the animals. Whether looking, sucking your ears or posture - the images combine depth and closeness and present the individuality of each animal. Not only pets such as dogs and cats can be seen, but also wild and farm animals.

Bültemeier, who works as an economist with over 25 years of experience in management functions and is currently working in a Bremer family AG, has a good hand when it comes to photography. His attitude to counter animals at eye level offers an authentic perspective that does not require artificial staging. The vernissage takes place on June 4 at 6 p.m. and offers guests the opportunity to speak to the photographer personally. No registration is required - just come over and enjoy!

art and their messages

The exhibition not only takes a look at the fascinating portraits, but also stimulates reflection on relationships between humans and animals. This topic has been anchored in art and literature for centuries. Already in ancient times, human relationships with animals were discussed, and after a visit to the caves of Lascaux, the artist Pablo Picasso said that "we hadn't learned anything". The message is clear: the questions about exploitation, violence and respect for animals are timeless and demand us to rethink our behavior and attitude towards animal. This is discussed not only in the classic fables and fairy tales, but also in modern literature and current discussions about species death.

These artistic arguments are also reflected in the photographs of Bültemeier, which aim to touch the viewers and to stimulate thought. According to an article by Brigitte, photography shows the special relationship between humans and animals and asks us to think about our responsibility towards nature. The photographer Tim Flach, known for his impressive animal portraits, pursues similar goals with his work and draws attention to the responsibility that we wear in dealing with animals.

Invitation to discussion

The exhibition "Animal in focus" is more than just a presentation of photographs; It invites everyone to deal with the significant questions about KO-Evolution, the extinction of species and our place in nature. These thematic links are not only relevant for art and literature, but also for our future in times of climate change. It is a good opportunity for everyone to think about how we can deal with the multitude of life forms on our planet in the long term and sustainably.
