The jury consisted of renowned members who work as appearance coaches, festival managers and international agents. The promotion of young singers is the leitmotif of the competition, which can be seen as one of the most important in the classical music world. This is also shown by the history of similar competitions, such as the WikipediaSeite , which lists a variety of competitions in the field of classical music, including the Concours Reine Elisabeth in Brussels and the International Beethoven in Vienna.
Another exciting competition that finds its place in the Haydn region is the 9th International Joseph Haydn Chamber Music Competition, which takes place in 2027. This competition focuses on young string quartets and piano trios and is becoming increasingly popular worldwide. Initiatives such as this, supported by institutions such as the MDW University of Music and Performing Art Vienna, are committed to promoting contemporary music and the interpretation of Haydn's works that keep the composer's legacy alive.
