New part -time training for the elderly work starts in the St. Georgen Abbey!
In the St. Georgen Abbey on the Längsee, an important step in training in the social field takes place. On June 4, 2025, the first establishment of a class of the school for social care professions (SOB) was announced. This new part -time training in the elderly work opens adults who look after children or maintain relatives, promising opportunities to finally gain a foothold in this important professional sector.
The training period is two and a half years and offers a solid qualification for the old work, including nursing assistant.
